Attrition
The Jeapordy Maze

Dreamsleep

I have seen my dream
that they call hallucination,
I have glimpsed my hopes
far beyond the horizon.
Now it shares my thoughts
and breathes my air in,
As it stops me running
from a misty vision.

It takes over and engulfs all
I become this formless entity.

I have climbed the peak
to seek new sensation,
Can't retrace my steps,
trapped in my own creation.
Travelled in time,
can't think how I used to,
Less confused than then
yet more questions to answer.

In day dreams
In dark dreams
In dreamsleep.
